During the Sauna or Aufguss ceremony, the master (in German ‘Saunameister’) waves the towels with pleasant background music and rhythmic movements to spread the heat throughout the room. Those who are relaxing in the sauna feel the ‘throw’ more intensely, which gives the body a real burst of energy, a liberating touch that brings good cheer and much well-being. The ‘Saunameister’ then throws ice, cold water and pressed snowballs mixed with a few drops of aromatic essential oils between the burning stones, transporting one's sense of smell to distant worlds. The result is an explosion of scents, sensations, emotions inside a warm nest of well-being. A spectacle for all the senses. At the end, you relax under a lukewarm-cold shower and then plunge into the reaction bath, located right in front of the sauna. The price is €50 per person. In the case of a private sauna, the price is €150 (times: 8 to 10 a.m. and 8 to 10 p.m.)
